We don’t recommend it.
High heat can damage stretch fibres and performance fabric over time.
Air dry = longer life.
How do I wash them?
Cold wash. Gentle cycle.
Wash bag recommended.
Air dry only.
To protect the built-in spacer:
• Lay flat to dry where possible
• Avoid clipping or pegging directly onto the spacer area
• No tumble drying
The spacer is flexible and moulds to you — but like any performance fabric, high heat or pressure can affect its shape over time.
Treat them gently and they’ll keep doing their job.
Will the anti-slip or spacer wear out?
With proper care, they’re built to last.
Like all performance fabrics, avoiding high heat and rough washing will keep them in peak condition.
