SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-4 business days for your products to be shipped once your order has been placed, this includes express post orders. We do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays. If you have not received your order after 15 business days please contact us to follow up. During peak periods such as new product launches, sales, restocks and public holidays please expect delays to shipping as we work through your orders as quick as we can! Please note we do our best to get your order to you ASAP however once it is with Australia Post there is little we can do to speed it up.

We try to keep things as sustainable as possible, to do this we keep our packaging to a minimum & we use biodegradable packaging that you can replant or recycle.

** please note that orders that are returned to sender or are sent with an incomplete address will incur a shipping fee to be resent.
